I had given Noodelist a poor rating because I had not received my order after three weeks. BUT THEY EARNED MY RESPECT. I got a tracking number but no movement on the shipment. While they were unable to track the problem, they quickly and graciously replaced my order which I received in two days. I can't wait to try these noodles in some of the dishes from Anja at TheTinyKitchen. Great job, all of you.
