One of the secrets to these tasty and healthy noodles is Moroheiya (Corchuros in Lat.), a super plant that has been used in the kitchen since ancient Egyptian times.
We, at Noodelist, are all about culinary traditions as well as closing the gap between healthy and tasty. That’s exactly why you can now enjoy the noodles that we have sourced with a guilt-free, flavor-packed, nutritious meal that is high in fiber, carotene, calcium, iron, vitamin B, C, and antioxidants in just five minutes.
We use only plant-based, whole ingredients, taking care to keep our meals low in both fat and sodium. We do not use any trans fat or MSG. Additionally, moroheiya wheat based noodles are air-dried instead of fried.
Bespoke, Tasty Broths
Our founder, Thuong draws inspiration from her mom’s homemade noodle soups. She did try to learn the art of family recipes but always got “kicked out” of the kitchen because she started eating before it was ready. Others learn by cooking, she learnt by eating and has created amazing taste memory from her mom’s cookings. The Vietnamese-Chinese taste fusion combined with award-winning chef Petteri Luoto’s experience - they created bespoke and tasty Noodelist soup base; Bold & Juicy Shiitake and Lemongrass Vegan Chicken'ish.

Being environmentally friendly is a responsibility that we don’t shy away from. In addition to using premium, natural food ingredients, we also use recyclable materials, such as food-certified cardboard and recyclable bio plastic (PLA).
