The noodles were really good but the flavor was a little bland and could use some more seasoning

I have but one complaint- I wish the portion sizes were larger, especially considering how expensive (comparatively speaking) these are. Other than that, these are the best instant noodles I've ever eaten, and I've eaten a number of different brands over the years. My favorite is the Chicken'ish, which is the lemongrass edition, it is very good. I am not a vegan (or vegetarian) by any stretch of the imagination but when I eat these, I am. I add spinach to the broth as the noodles steep and then garnish with green onion, mung bean sprouts and a teaspoon or so of sriracha- delicious!

Originally, when I found these noodles, I was looking for a low carb alternative to regular Ramen. They came up in my search, but I didn't look close enough at the label for the total carbs. I'm assuming the "plant based noodles" is in reference to flavor and not the noodles as regular Ramen are also plant based. It's a little misleading, however, the taste was great! If you're looking for a vegan alternative to Ramen, this is the one to go with!

I've only used one Shitake flavor so far and it was great. The noodles cooked quickly so my meal timing was easy. I'll be trying to other flavor soon but I'm certain it will be great.
