I really like to use these noodles in stir fry's and soup. Easy to use by either rehydrating in hot water or just putting into soup. I like the flavor and the veggie nature of the noodles. I have eaten them for a few years now.

It smells sweet and the green noodles with red-brown squishy chunks and acidity make it genuinely resemble sickness. All the soggy weird texture of mushroom tea without any of the fun...

These make a great lunch to pack for work. I decided to try making my noodles the night before and heating them up the next day. It was super easy, and I enjoyed having a hot lunch that didn’t require a lot of time and effort. It was delicious, too! Will definitely buy again.
