Not right

I’m not a vegan but try to incorporate plenty of vegan options into my diet. It’s not super common for a vegan substitute to beat the pants off what I’m used to eating. These noodles do! Super flavor-packed and with a satisfying bite.

Thought I’d try the rice noodles. A bit lower in sodium, a little higher in calories. Not lacking in flavor. I like the toothsomeness of these noodles. I added bay shrimp, spinach, scallion, shredded carrots and chili paste. I enjoyed the hell out of these noodles. I’ll buy more in the future.
