My teenagers just became vegetarians recently and Noodelist has become their favorite. We add eggs, spinach, bean sprouts, and tofu to make it a whole meal. The broth is so delicious! We love it.
I liked the noodles, but the flavoring is VERY salty. I wish they made a low sodium version. Maybe I should try using only half the flavoring packet the next time.
